Collcap are market leaders in bespoke package design. Having maintained a quiet online profile, the time was right to establish an internet presence to be proud of: to reflect their growth, expanding list of services and the quality of product they produce.


Through producing a marketing brief, Collcap discovered that many of their clients didn’t fully understand their offering. This fact also extended to their expanding staff base; an education process was needed. With this in mind, we distilled the following website objectives:

Convey Collcap’s personality, professionalism and family ethos
Communicate their cutting edge services succinctly and clearly
Design a unique and vibrant homepage that showcases their creative flare
Create a platform to showcase their various products in a clear and visually engaging manner

The Solution

Collcap required a homepage that would create a lasting first impression, reflecting the innovative and creative nature of their business. We created a distinctive design composed of Collcap imagery and bespoke graphics, to showcase their core USPs and services. The large background images move in a ‘paralax’ effect as the user scrolls down through different layers to produce a 3D-like effect. This creates a compelling backdrop for the succinct messages that are delivered.

To best communicate Collcap’s personality, we decided that a short film was the right medium. Traveling to their offices, we interviewed many of the staff, discussing their services and ethos. We also documented the production process, to illustrate their level of care, and investment in the best technology and tools.
